LONDON — Citizen Relations has appointed Helena Fisher as UK managing director.

She will report to Mark Cater, Citizen MD, EMEA/APAC who served as interim UK MD before his role expanded.

Fisher will oversee a team of 30 and is tasked with expanding the agency's London presence. Additionally, she will focus on building upon its UK and international client portfolio, which includes Moleskine, Procter & Gamble, Dr. Oetker and Gourmet Burger Kitchen.

"Helena brings a delicious mix of UK and global brand experience. Our growing portfolio of PR and influencer marketing-led client brands will flourish under Helena's leadership and I am looking forward to working together to expand our presence across the wider region," said Cater.

Fisher has over two decades experience in the field spanning various sectors including consumer goods, financial services and luxury brands.

Prior to her new role, she spent over six years with Talk PR, where she rose from board director to managing director in 2011. There, she oversaw business across a variety of areas including beauty and grooming, food and beverage, fashion, finance, property and publishing.

Before Talk PR, Fisher spent four years with M&C Saatchi as an account director after serving as PR account coordinator at Ketchum UK.
