LONDON — Food delivery business Deliveroo has handed responsibility for its consumer PR campaigns to a new agency, after a ‘highly competitive’ pitch process. The Romans will deliver key consumer PR campaigns for Deliveroo, with a “sizeable remit” that includes developing and executing “big-bang creative ideas” that support the brand’s strategic pillars and calendar moments. Previously, Talker Tailor Trouble Maker, which ceased trading in June, served as Deliveroo’s consumer PR agency.
LONDON — Non-profit organisation The Fashion Minority Alliance has appointed strategic and creative advisory firm Blurred to conduct in-depth research into the state of DE&I in the fashion industry. As part of the research, Blurred will be using its expertise in ESG and purpose to explore the gaps between intention and performance in the industry when it comes to minority representation. The final report will be published later in 2023 and will inform the alliance’s future strategy and priorities.
LONDON — Sustainable energy business Gridserve has hired Third City as its retained UK PR agency. The company generates electricity at its UK hybrid solar farms and supplies it via a nationwide EV charging network while also leasing battery electric vehicles. Third City won the consumer and corporate brief following a competitive pitch. The programme will seek to reach and engage new audiences, inspiring EV uptake and shifting perceptions of EV charging.
LONDON — PR and digital agency The PHA Group has been appointed by England Golf (pictured), the governing body for amateur golf in England, to develop campaigns that raise awareness of key England Golf initiatives designed to increase participation in the sport. These include Get Into Golf, a campaign to inspire people to take their first steps into the game, online and digital campaign #WhyIGolf, which celebrates female success on and off the course, and the Respect in Golf movement, aimed at improving equality, diversity and inclusion.
LONDON — Chaos, a provider of advanced 3D visualisation technologies, has selected Milk & Honey as its lead PR partner in the UK and Germany after a competitive pitch. The brief is to coordinate the brand’s global agencies, raising in-market awareness and credibility. Through various mergers and acquisitions, Chaos now covers multiple industries for 3D visualisation, from VFX for film and TV to applications in architecture, interiors and product design. Its clients include e-commerce giant Wayfair and contributing to the visual effects in Game of Thrones and Spider-Man: Homecoming.
LONDON — Global embedded finance platform YouLend has appointed B2B technology specialist Made By Giants as its global PR agency of record. The relationship covers strategic communications, partner announcements and media relations. The agency, which was founded in 2020 by former FleishmanHillard ECD James Beveridge and fintech communications specialist Grace Keeling, works across the enterprise SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity and deep tech sectors.
LONDON — International technology agency Ballou PR has been appointed to handle UK communications for Danish quantum computing startup Kvantify. Specialising in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, financial services and logistics sectors, Kvantify develops software that makes quantum computing and high performance computing (HPC) accessible to businesses. Ballou PR will drive awareness of Kvantify’s offering among business and science audiences, and strengthen Kvantify’s position as a thought leader in quantum and high-performance computing.
LONDON — Technology marketing specialist Fox Agency has been appointed by Nimi, a digital platform that aims to change the way art and cultural institutions engage with patrons by marketing authenticated digital replicas of art collections in the form of NFTs, as its digital marketing partner after a competitive pitch. The agency is tasked with building awareness among museums and cultural institutions, as well as educating end-users about how NFTs can help them curate and grow their art collections, via brand, communications and digital marketing strategies and execution.

The company operates a number of venues across London, converting disused locations such as old factories and churches into food markets that bring local communities together.
WEST MIDLANDS, UK — Rees Bradley Hepburn has been appointed by the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI), the professional association for individuals working in the automotive motor industry, to deliver its latest consumer campaign. RBH will be working with the IMI on creating a consumer facing campaign to challenge negative perceptions of working in the industry and encourage people to apply for available roles. RBH is responsible for creative and a targeted paid digital and social media schedule. The agency will help Cypher define its PR and content strategy, developing creative campaigns and thought leadership aimed at the HR, business and education press.
LEEDS, UK — Prohibition PR has been chosen as the retained agency for luxury home interiors brand Voyage Maison, which was recently acquired by home furnishings manufacturer Riva Home. The agency was appointed by Riva Home’s furn.com brand earlier this year for PR and press office, and has now been given a second press office brief for the Voyage Maison brand.
LONDON — Lithuania-based telematics software developer Gurtam has reappointed B2B technology agency Babel to continue driving its global PR programme. Babel supports Gurtam’s growth strategy across Europe, North America and MENA. The brand, whose Wialon platform connects 3.6 million vehicles and stationary assets in over 150 countries, first appointed specialist Babel in 2021, with a mandate to increase brand visibility and reputation in the automotive, logistics and transportation, security and fleet management verticals. The renewed appointment extends to support for global media buying and events.
