LONDON — B2B communications agency Fight or Flight has hired Tali Kramer, former corporate deputy managing director at Instinctif Partners, as senior director.

Kramer has more than 25 years’ experience working in senior leadership roles in the PR industry, spending 10 years at Weber Shandwick before joining Instinctif in 2013. She specialises in reputation management, executive and strategic comms and has experience working in the financial, retail, tech and professional services sectors.

During her 10-year stint at Instinctif, Kramer played a key role in growing its corporate and campaigns practice and led the Nomad Foods, The Collective, Intelsat and Netwealth accounts.

Fight or Flight managing partner Charlie Meredith-Hardy said: “In the last 18 months we’ve made a series of strategic, senior hires designed to support the agency’s rapid growth and diversify the services we are providing to clients. We know from our experience working together that Tali is a huge talent and we’re delighted to welcome her to the team.”

Kramer added: “There is nothing more exciting than helping fast-growing agencies to scale effectively, except perhaps when the agency is run by three former colleagues I respect and admire. In just three years, [co-founders] Charlie, Dave [Woodward] and Joe [Walton] have built an amazing team that is reshaping the B2B category, and I am thrilled to be part of the next chapter in its story.”

Since last summer, Fight or Flight has made a series of senior hires including former Weber veterans Tim Fry and Emma Hedges to US leadership roles, and Kate Sarginson as UK head of creative.

Fight or Flight’s clients include AMEX GBT, LinkedIn, Expedia, Nokia, Sky and Trainline across its offices in London and New York. The agency has 40 permanent employees globally and is projecting year on year growth of 32% to £4.5 million in 2023. The agency was named as one of the top 10 fastest-growing agencies in the world this year by PRovoke Media.
