LONDON — Blurred, the consultancy set up by Nik Govier, Katy Stolliday and Stuart Lambert in October 2018, has been awarded a global communications brief for Grundig, the premium home appliances brand.

Blurred will set the global communications strategy for Grundig, help guide and promote the brand’s sustainability agenda and lead on global comms creative.

Grundig, whose home appliances have a focus on “sustainability, design and quality,” is owned by Arçelik, which was named an industry leader in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index in 2019.

In September 2019, Blurred made a commitment to work only with organisations and brands that are supporting or making progress towards at least one of the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

Nik Govier, founder and CEO of Blurred said: “Grundig is a brand with a clear purpose and a vision to create a more sustainable future, which informs everything it does as a business. The depth of this commitment makes Grundig a dream client for Blurred, and we’re looking forward to working with the Arçelik team to realise this ambition.”
