LONDON — Hanover has hired Adam Naylor as group digital director, completing a trio of recent senior digital, strategy and creative roles across the agency group.

Naylor joins after nearly a year at MHP, where he was digital director. He was previously at Cohn & Wolfe and then BCW for a total of five years in various roles, latterly as chief value officer and digital innovation lead.

In his new role, Naylor will oversee a team of 12 digital specialists across earned, owned and paid digital media.

Earlier this year, the agency also hired Teo Coste as director of strategy and insights and in February, Ceri Reed joined from BCW as managing director of The Playbook, the creative consultancy within the Hanover Group. All three report to Gavin Megaw, Hanover’s group managing director for corporate, brand and strategy.

Hanover CEO Charles Lewington said: “I am delighted Adam has joined our fast-growing team. We constantly evolve to give our clients what they want and need in uncertain times. The change organisations face is relentless and rapid.

“During the last 18 months we have created a powerhouse of senior digital, strategy and creative consultants at the heart of the Hanover Group to help clients rewire to enhance reputations, recognition and resilience. Adam is an exceptional hire and with Ceri and Teo, this Group-wide expertise ensures our clients have access to the progressive communication specialisms they need in these challenging times.”
