LONDON — Pitch Marketing Group has appointed Tom Rouse as its new creative director, as the agency develops its consumer PR offering.

Rouse joins Pitch from Don’t Cry Wolf, which he joined in 2020 as its first director of creative and strategy, after seven years at Hotwire, latterly as executive creative director. He has worked with brands including HomeAway, Microsoft, Innocent, Ubisoft and WWF.

In his new role, Rouse will lead Pitch’s creative output across PR and integrated clients including BT/EE, Beats by Dre, Sports Direct and Asics, working with head of PR, Lucy Hutchinson. He will continue in his parallel role as an associate lecturer at London College of Communications.

Rouse said: “Right from the outset I loved Pitch’s approach to helping brands reach bigger audiences via their biggest passions, and I look forward to working with the team to bring this positioning to life in the consumer landscape.”

Pitch managing director Chris Allen added: “We’re delighted to welcome Tom to the Pitch family. He is not only a brilliant ideas person but he also has the rare ability to nurture creativity, something that was essential for us in a creative director. Tom is passionate about our integrated offering, aligned with our business values and shares our vision for the type of work we want to produce.”
