LONDON — Hawk Incentives has appointed The Fourth Angel to handle its B2B retained account in the UK, after a five-way competitive pitch that included founder Angie Moxham’s former agency, 3 Monkeys Zeno.

As part of the minimum one year retainer account, the agency will support the customer and employee incentives company – part of the multi-billion dollar fintech Blackhawk Network – with PR and social media activity to increase awareness of the Hawk Incentives brand.

The Fourth Angel has been tasked with making the company’s complex products and services easy to understand, including via white papers and thought leadership on incentives and rewards programmes aimed at businesses of all sizes.

The team is led by The Fourth Angel founding partner and former 3 Monkeys staffer Gemma Dilworth, who will report into Hawk’s senior marketing manager Anna Jaycocks.

Moxham said: “We have started 2019 with a bang and are really excited to be working with Hawk Incentives, a world-leading player in a fascinating sector.”

The win follows the announcement last month of The Fourth Angel’s work with Italian restaurant chain Prezzo and digital gaming retailer Green Man Gaming.
