“To get out of a creativity rut, open the windows and listen to others: there’s such inspiration from outside your own business.”

As the corporate communications and sustainability lead at gaming powerhouse Sisal – which operates lotteries, betting, online games and amusement machines across Italy, Morocco and Turkey – Fabio Ventoruzzo has spearheaded an innovative communications strategy over the past year to demonstrate the firm is an international leader in responsible gaming and a purpose-led digital company. He has supported the firm’s overall corporate ESG framework by setting a 2030 Sustainability Agenda, and the rebranding of GoBeyond, Sisal’s project to support the start-up ecosystem by fostering social impact and responsible innovation. Before joining Sisal and making such a rapid impact, Ventoruzzo was head of corporate social responsibility, thought leadership and public affairs at AXA Italia and was a VP at corporate reputation firm RepTrak.
