“We act as if our roles haven't evolved from the traditional to more overarching business/organizational/societal leadership."

Lisa Davis is a passionate business leader and shrewd strategic thinker who, in her year at Teneo, has made diversity & inclusion front and center for both Teneo and the comms industry. As co-chair of Teneo’s DE&I advisory, she helps shape the group’s work across a multitude of issues — advising on boardroom diversity, DE&I disclosure, and public policy — as well as establishing actionable steps and measurements that align with business and performance. Davis’ efforts also go beyond Teneo. She has focused on internal and external efforts in recruiting, inclusivity, pro bono work and forming strategic partnerships, driven by an unwavering belief that companies have to understand the needs — and benefits — of diversity and adapt accordingly.
