As one of Netflix’s earliest hires in Asia, Nitasha Seth has played a key role in the streaming giant’s rapid regional growth, overseeing a number of marketing campaigns and ensuring that India plays a prominent role when it comes to product strategy. Key campaigns have included Netflix StreamFest in 2020, Netflix MatchMaker — both of which have since expanded beyond India into other markets — and several launch projects for such titles as Bard of Blood, Delhi Crime and Sacred Games. A former MEC executive, Seth has also been recognised on several industry lists, including Business World’s 30 under 30 and Campaign Asia’s Women to Watch.
