Rachelle Berges is responsible for leading the total brand experience connections and media agenda through the Johnson & Johnson marketing teams, agency network and partners in the region. Accordingly, the industry veteran plays a key role in driving the development of connections and content ecosystems which aim to inspire and respond to the complex ways in which consumers engage consume content on screens and other media. Berges, who joined J&J in early 2015, is also a strong advocate for innovation and non-traditional thinking, after an agency career that included senior roles at Ogilvy, Mindshare and Maxus based in Australia, Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore, and 9 years in-house leading both global and regional media strategy, partnerships and trading for Motorola in Asia-Pacific and the US.
