Earlier this year, Peloton has hired rising star Dara Treseder to lead global marketing and communications, reporting to the fitness company's president William Lynch. Treseder, who joins from 3D printing darling Carbon, where she was CMO is taking on one of the industry's hottest brands. Peloton has seen a surge in demand as consumers have been forced out gyms into home workouts. This boon comes after Peloton faced fierce backlash last year for an ad criticized for being "sexist and dystopian."

Just a few months into the job, Treseder launched Peloton's first major brand campaign highlighting nine real members of our @onepeloton community. Meanwhile, Treseder has also been building her personal brand to combat racism within the PR/marketing realm — and beyond.
