Farzan's work at Metlife, which she joined in 2013, has seen the insurance giant adopt a far more creative, storytelling-based approach to its marketing. A digital specialist, Farzan built Metlife's digital capabilities and e-commerce unit before taking on overall marketing duties, as the company continued its shift to a B2C model. Accordingly, Farzan has consistently demonstrated an ability to break new ground, via an integrated approach that relies heavily on digital content and emotional storytelling. Prior to re-joining MetLife in Hong Kong, Farzan held senior digital marketing roles at American Express and Kraft.
