Rosanna Fiske joined Royal Caribbean Group as the company’s global chief communications officer in June 2021 as the company tried to recover from a devastating 2020, during which it lost $5.8 billion due to the Covid pandemic. In doing so, Fiske assumed the complex responsibility of using communications with internal and external stakeholders to tackle issues from traveler anxiety to health and safety regulations, with hopes pinned on a prosperous 2022.
Fiske brought more than 30 years of experience to the role, which included spending the previous seven-plus years leading Wells Fargo’s corporate communications. She previously held senior leadership roles at Republica, Communiqué Group and Ketchum, and developed a strategic communications master’s program at Florida International University.
