Kelly Bennett became Netflix CMO in 2012, leading global marketing and social media across more than 150 countries with overall responsibility for member growth including launching entertainment franchises such as House of Cards, Orange is the New Black, Narcos, Making a Murderer, Stranger Things and Marvel's Daredevil.

Before joining Netflix, Bennett spent nearly a decade with Warner Bros. Pictures where he most recently served as vice president digital marketing within the worldwide marketing team, leading international digital campaigns for movies including the Harry Potter and Dark Knight franchises, The Hangover, Sherlock Holmes and Ocean’s 12. 

He also ran the EMEA digital marketing team for Warner Bros. Pictures, and previously held executive positions at Dow Jones International and Ignition Media as well as being a partner in online marketing agency Cimex Media. Bennett also served as a digital media advisor to President Obama and the White House Communications team in February 2015.
