Chief Communications Officer
Comcast

Comcast’s reputation issues are well-worn territory, but will the telecoms giant usher in a new era with its new CCO Jennifer Khoury? In 2020, Khoury took the reins from D’Arcy Rudnay, who held the position for 16 years and made progress in improving Comcast’s reputation by investing in tools, training and technology, including a system for real-time customer feedback and simplified experiences. In addition to continuing Rudnay’s work, Khoury’s docket includes issues like Comcast’s antitrust trial with Viamedia and growing its streaming business.

As CCO, Khoury oversees external and internal corporate communications functions across the vast telecoms conglomerate, whose holdings include NBCUniversal. She has spent 21 years with Comcast, most recently serving as senior VP of corporate and digital communications, which includes leading comms for Comcast Cable.

“Her strategic vision and deep knowledge of the company and the industry has earned her the respect and support of our entire management team,” said chairman and CEO Brian Roberts. Khoury reports to Roberts and senior EVP Adam Miller, who is also an NBCUniversal executive VP.
